Arsene Wenger has insisted that he trusts Alexandre Lacazette 'completely' at Arsenal. Lacazette became Arsenal's club-record signing in the summer after arriving from Lyon, and has started all but two Premier League games. But doubts have been expressed as those two games came against Liverpool and Manchester City, both fellow title contenders.
