Mails: Why money, not foreigners, ruined the England team

Keep those Mails coming to [email protected]…   Eloquent responses to the ‘if you’re good enough’ argument Steve Chicken in his column and Matt Pitt in his mail have both argued that 'If they're good enough, they will play.' Let's start with a couple of points first. 1) Matt names The Netherlands and Belgium as examples of leagues full of foreign players, as if this an argument in favour of what he is saying. Belgium right now has some of the best players in world football and the Dutch have produced some of the greatest players ever to play the game.
