Arsenal produced a supreme performance to win the North London Derby on Saturday, defeating Tottenham Hotspur in the league for the first time since 2014. The Gunners had gone six matches without a win against Spurs in the English Premier League but looked at their best in a 2-0 victory with their top performers Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez in superb form. Ozil in particular caught the eye, assisting Shkodran Mustafi for the opener but also showing the kind of energy, commitment and creativity that has been lacking at times this season, leading to severe criticism.
