Academy takes part in Diana Award programme

Our young players have taken part in a leadership workshop with the Diana Award, a charity that specialise in mentoring and anti-bullying programmes. Boys and girls from our youth setup have been encouraged to discuss themes such as respect and discrimination, and to give their ideas on how to promote a happy and supportive environment at the club. Two young players now sit on the Diana Award Youth Panel, and representatives from the boys’ and girls’ academies will be attending a Premier League safeguarding conference this month to promote the work being done.   Copyright 2018 The
