Jurgen Klopp says that no Liverpool player would ever be allowed to leave for a fellow Premier League club during the season. Klopp's comments come in the midst of Alexis Sanchez and Henrikh Mkhitaryan's proposed swap deal, with Sanchez moving to Manchester United and Mkhitaryan headed to Arsenal in return.
