Manchester United make £21m bid for Germany star
Manchester United have offered Borussia Dortmund £21million to sign star defender Mats Hummels, the Independent reports. Hummels has been heavily linked with a move away from the Westfalenstadion in recent transfer windows, with United and Arsenal both keen on his signature.
