Champions League rule changes: UEFA reveal dynamic new steps

GETTY Manchester United will be hoping to progress further in next season's Champions League English club Manchester United, with Jose Mourinho’s men 17 points above Arsenal in sixth, will be among those affected.  Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal are also likely to be impacted by the rule changes, which will have the same effect in both the Champions League and Europa League.
