Reports: Arsenal To Complete Shock 8m Transfer Next Week
Reports suggest that Arsenal are expected to conclude a deal for the 19-year-old midfielder Matteo Guendouzi next week (via GFFN). The only midfielder Arsenal fans wanted their club to sign next week was Lucas Torreira but it seems that he could be joined by another. In a story which has come out of nowhere, the Gunners are now reportedly close to sealing a deal for Lorient's Matteo Guendouzi. The 19-year-old French youth international is a central midfielder who made 20 appearances for the Ligue 1 side Lorient last season.
