'Ban the man' ... Lots of Arsenal fans react to frustrating blow for Emery and the club

It is safe to say that Carl Jenkinson will not go down in history as an Arsenal legend. The right-back has been at the North London outfit since his 2011 switch from Charlton Athletic, but in recent years he has tumbled down the pecking order. The 26-year-old has had loan spells at West Ham United and Birmingham City, but injury problems have taken its toll. Jenkinson missed the deadline to be sold to another English club, but the transfer window is still open abroad, and Football League outfits can seal loans until the end of August.
