Nacho Monreal to extend Arsenal stay?
Arsenal have reportedly moved to extend Nacho Monreal's stay at the Emirates Stadium. Monreal has spent the last six years with the Gunners, and the 32-year-old has gone on to make 227 appearances for the North London outfit in all competitions. There have been suggestions that the left-sided defender could move on at the end of his deal but according to N, Arsenal have taken action to keep their long-serving player at the club. The report claims that Arsenal have activated a 12-month option in Monreal's contract, extending his deal until the end of the 2019-2020 campaign.
