'Wow', 'Strange decision' - Loads of Arsenal fans react after shock first-team announcement

Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to react after their goalkeeper Petr Cech announced that he would be retiring from football at the end of the season, having spent almost four years at the Emirates and winning one FA Cup. The former Czech Republic international has enjoyed a hugely successful 15-year stint in the Premier League with both Chelsea and Arsenal, winning almost everything there is to win – he departs as one of the most decorated keepers in English history. At 36 years of age, and having lost his place to Bernd Leno in the Gunners’ starting XI under Unai Emery, Cech has decided to hang his gloves up after 20 years as a professional footballer.
