Barcelona 'eye Nacho Monreal, Alberto Moreno'
Arsenal's Nacho Monreal and Liverpool's Alberto Moreno are reportedly on Barcelona's transfer shortlist as the Spanish champions look for an experienced back-up for Jordi Alba. Alba recently put pen to paper on a long-term contract at Camp Nou, but Barca lack cover for the Spaniard. According to El Desmarque, both Monreal and Moreno are being considered for the position, with both players due to see their respective contracts expire in June. Monreal has made over 200 appearances for Arsenal since arriving from Malaga in 2013, while Moreno has made close to 150 appearances for Liverpool over the last five campaigns.
