Academy sides enjoying cup success

Our under-16 and under-21 sides enjoyed a successful weekend by booking their places in the FA Youth Cup final and FA Academy Cup semi-final respectively. Our under-16s made it through to the final on Saturday after defeating Oxford United 3-0 on the road. The heavy wind made it a scrappy affair - but we came out on top thanks to a brace from Rachel Harle and a late strike by Lexi Lloyd-Smith. We will now face Chelsea in the final on Saturday, April 27. Venue to be confirmed. The following day our under-21s sealed their place in the semi-final of the FA Academy Cup with a 2-0 home win over Chelsea.
