Arsenal fans have been left shocked and appalled by reports of a minuscule summer transfer budget should the club miss out on Champions League football. The Gunners finished the Premier League season in fifth place, but still have a chance to secure Champions League football should they defeat Chelsea in the Europa League final on May 29 in Baku. However, a Chelsea triumph in Azerbaijan would see Unai Emery handed a slender budget to work with this summer, according to BBC reporter David Ornstein.
