Arsene Wenger's verdict on Henrikh Mkhitaryan missing Arsenal's Europa League final

The Europa League final has turned into a huge debacle. Both sets of fans have been given just 6000 tickets whilst a host of supporters are faced with the prospect of not even being able to travel to Baku. UEFA's decision to host the final there is a baffling one, especially considering the fact Henrikh Mkhitaryan can't even play. The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan dictates that it's unsafe for him to travel, and as such, he'll miss one of the biggest matches of his career.
