The former was never a risky move, especially after his performances in the World Cup but the same cannot be said about the latter. Arriving from a Ligue 2 side, Guendouzi was the definition of a bargain and a risky move. But it is one that has worked out absolutely brilliantly, with the young midfielder playing his fair share of big games for the club.
