There was once a time when Cesc Fabregas was a hero at Arsenal. Across eight seasons with the Gunners, the 110-time Spain international made 306 appearances in all competitions, scoring 59 times from their midfield. However, in 2011 he returned to Barcelona. Whilst there were not many who could hold a grudge against him for that, his move to London rivals Chelsea in 2014 was not to be forgiven. It appears that the 32-year-old could have made another big move as well, and a lot earlier than the eventual switch to Barcelona.
