Mikel Arteta – underwhelmed or overjoyed?
Morning all. A late night, early morning meeting, a quick jet set to the US of A and it seems Mikel Arteta is ready to fill the big vacant boots at Arsenal which Arsene Wenger left behind. Unai Emery tried but his feet were clearly too small and Freddie, well he was just keeping them warm. A bit like my slippers which I leave on the radiator before going out into the cold. Mikel Arteta wouldn’t have been my first choice that’s for sure and I think appointing him is a big risk but it’s not my head on the block if it goes wrong.
