Finally, a decision has been made on Project Restart. It’s happening, or rather it’s been given the go ahead by the British government. June the 1st is the earliest this season can kickstart into action but behind closed doors. It was always going to be behind closed doors. Now it’s over to the English football authorities to announce their plans. Yep, that’s the tricky part. Neutral grounds or not seems to be the proverbial ball tossing  around in the air.
