Project Restart: Premier League confirms fixture list up to July 2
The Premier League has confirmed the revised 2019-20 fixture list up until July 2. Top-flight action will resume after an enforced 100-day break on Wednesday, June 17, when Aston Villa host Sheffield United and Manchester City take on Arsenal - both of which are games in hand. There will then be two Friday night games - Norwich City vs. Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur vs. Manchester United - before four matches on Saturday, June 20 and three on Sunday, June 21. The first weekend of football back will be concluded with the Merseyside derby between Everton and Liverpool, which could see Liverpool crowned champions if Arsenal beat Man City on the Wednesday.
