Jose Mourinho discloses nickname for Mikel Arteta ahead of Tottenham vs Arsenal
Jose Mourinho and Mikel Arteta have shown plenty of mutual respect ahead of their first ever managerial showdown. Tottenham host Arsenal in a behind closed doors north London derby on Sunday with Arteta hailing his experienced opponent as a “world-class” manager this week. Mourinho has now responded to his praise - and revealed he has started calling Arteta ‘Mister’ since he moved into coaching, first as Pep Guardiola's assistant at Manchester City and now as Gunners boss. The relationship between the pair dates back to Barcelona, when Mourinho coached under Louis van Gaal when Arteta was rising through La Masia.
