Arsenal are reportedly prepared to pay £40.8m to sign Sporting Lisbon teenager Joelson Fernandes. Given the financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is said to have a limited transfer budget at his disposal this summer.
