Ghana boss urges Thomas Partey to snub Arsenal
Ghana boss CK Akonnor has urged Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey to reject any opportunity to sign for Arsenal. With a £45m release clause in his contract, Partey has been heavily linked with a summer switch to the Emirates Stadium. While it is unclear whether the Gunners can afford to pay the required fee, the versatile 27-year-old has been encouraged to continue his career at Wanda Metropolitano.
