Premier League roundup: Calvert-Lewin scores hat-trick as Zaha downs Man Utd

Wilfried Zaha scored twice against his old club as Manchester United opened their Premier League campaign with a shock 3-1 home loss to Crystal Palace. Andros Townsend punished poor defending to give the Eagles a seventh-minute lead at Old Trafford, and they extended it in the 74th minute courtesy of a Zaha penalty. Palace were awarded a spot-kick after referee Martin Atkinson used the pitchside monitor to rule that Victor Lindelof had handled. Wilfried Zaha put Crystal Palace 2-1 up against Manchester United with a retaken penalty (Shaun Botterill/PA).
