Arsenal not rushing Houssem Aouar transfer bid to 'avoid risk' of overpaying
Arsenal are set to submit another bid for Houssem Aouar after an initial offer was rejected. The Lyon playmaker has been the subject of interest from the Gunners through the summer transfer window, but they are mindful of not overpaying and would rather fund the deal with outgoing moves. Mikel Arteta has already been able to add Gabriel, Willian and Alex Runarsson to his squad after their FA Cup win over Chelsea in August, with attentions now turning to central midfield.
