Torino pull out of Lucas Torreira pursuit

Torino chief Davide Vagnati has claimed that Arsenal's asking price for Lucas Torreira is "too high" for the Serie A outfit to consider making a move for the midfielder. Torreira quickly made a name for himself in the Premier League upon his arrival two years ago, but the 24-year-old has since fallen out of favour under Mikel Arteta and is yet to feature this season. The Uruguay international has been strongly linked with a move back to Serie A, but Torino sporting director Vagnati has since ruled his side out of the running to sign Torreira.
