Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should emulate Arsene Wenger and be a father figure to Harry Maguire to turn the struggling defender’s form around. That’s according to Arsenal legend Ray Parlour, who insists Wenger’s door was always open to his players whether they had problems on or off the pitch.
