Arsenal expect Kieran Tierney to face Man City in major boost for Mikel Arteta

Arsenal are hopeful that Kieran Tierney will be available for their clash with Manchester City on Saturday - with reports suggesting the club have successfully cut his isolation period short. Tierney, 23, was told he would be required to self-isolate for 14 days after Scotland team-mate Stuart Armstrong tested positive for Covid-19 last Wednesday. The Gunners left-back had been identified as a “close contact” of Armstrong, meaning he would be forced to undergo quarantine in what appeared a major blow for Mikel Arteta.
