Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes has revealed he turned down offers from other clubs to put pen to paper with the north London side. The Brazilian signed for Arsenal from Lille in the summer for a fee of around £25million and has impressed so far. With a release clause so low plenty of other clubs were mooted with being interested in the 22-year-old centre-back. It was even reported Manchester United were potentially keen given their leaky start to the season. But Gabriel has insisted that once he found out Arsenal were interested there was nothing left to consider. Arsenal was Gabriel's first choice.
