Ozil effect on Arsenal's January business as Arteta learns transfer budget
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta needs players in the January transfer window - but much could depend on Mesut Ozil. The Gunners misfit has been heavily linked with the Emirates exit door, having been frozen out by Arteta since March last year. Fenerbahce look favourites to sign the playmaker, while he has also been linked with moves to Major League Soccer and Serie A. And Arsenal will be keen to get rid of the high-earning midfielder, with Arteta having a limited budget to sign new players in the January window.
