Arsenal are reportedly facing up to the financial problems they face with signing Mikel Arteta’s preferred replacement for Hector Bellerin. Bellerin is edging closer to a departure at the end of the season, with the Gunners widely believed to be targeting a right-back when the summer transfer window opens.
