Arsenal’s next two signings already being lined up after Tavares confirmation
Arsenal have confirmed the arrival of Nuno Tavares in a £7million switch from Benfica - and their next two signings are already being lined up. Tavares, 21, operates primarily as a left-back, meaning he will provide competition for Kieran Tierney in Mikel Arteta's first-team squad next season. Arteta has got his summer revamp at the Emirates up and running ahead of his bid to bring the Gunners back into European competitions. And reports suggest another two arrivals are not too far away in north London, with deals for Brighton defender Ben White and Anderlecht midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga also said to be close.
