We secured our third signing of the summer on Thursday as we announced the arrival of Simone Boye Sorensen from Bayern Munich. The tough-tackling defender has a wealth of international experience with Denmark, winning 61 caps to date - but what can we expect from our new No 20? “I really like to have the ball,” Simone told Arsenal.com. “I like to find the midfielder or the attacker.
