Arsenal will 'surprise people' for two reasons this season, says Danny Murphy
Danny Murphy is tipping Arsenal to 'surprise a few people' next season because they don't have European football to worry about. The Gunners missed out on European qualification for the first time in 25 years last season, with Mikel Arteta only managing an eighth-place finish in his first full season as manager. It means they will only have domestic competitions to focus on in the 2021/22 campaign, and Murphy believes that coupled with their ambitious summer transfer plans may serve them in good stead.
