Arsenal are rumoured to be considering making Portuguese teen sensation Matchoi Djalo their third signing of the summer transfer window. The Gunners seemingly aren't afraid to splash the cash this window, with Brighton central defender Ben White on the cusp of a move to the Emirates for a fee of around £50m, but Djalo falls on the cheaper end of the spectrum and would only cost £1m.
