Arsenal to announce Petr Cech signing on Monday
Arsenal are due to announce on Monday that they have signed Petr Cech from Chelsea in a deal worth £11million. Agreement has been reached for the goalkeeper to end his glittering 11-year career at Chelsea. Cech passed his medical at Arsenal on Friday after a fee and personal terms were negotiated. The move is an extraordinary gesture by Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich who promised the 33-year-old that he could move to the club of his choice after spending a season as Thibaut Courtois’s under-study.
