Arsenal to strangely give defender new contract before getting rid
Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson is set for an improved contract before being sent out on another loan spell with West Ham United currently favourites to land the 23-year-old, the Daily Mail reports. Jenkinson impressed last season while at Upton Park, showing that he has the capabilities to consistently perform in the Premier League. Despite the wealth of options we have in the right back slot, it isn't surprising to see why Arsene Wenger still sees a future at the club for Jenkinson.
