Arsenal legend backs summer signing to succeed despite disappointing first game

Arsenal legend Jens Lehmann believes that Petr Cech will go on to have a fantastic season despite his wobbly debut against West Ham United last weekend, Goal.com reports. Cech was signed from Chelsea via a £11million deal during the summer and enjoyed a successful pre-season tour with the Gunners, however the goalkeeper was partly at fault for the two goals Arsenal lost to West Ham at the Emirates last Sunday.
