Wenger: Coquelin did not deserve red
Having already been booked in the first half, Coquelin almost picked up a second yellow card on two separate occasions - the first being a foul on Wilfried Zaha, before the Frenchman collided with James McArthur. Wenger then opted to substitute Coquelin after 63 minutes, with the Gunners boss pointing the finger towards the Palace crowd, who voiced their anger at referee Lee Mason's decision to avoid sending the midfielder off.
