Emirates Stadium side keen to find buyer for midfielder. Arsenal are keen to offload midfielder Mathieu Flamini on transfer deadline-day according to the Daily Mail. The 31-year-old is something of a bit-part player at the Emirates Stadium and has a year to run on his current contract and the North London side are keen to see the French international's £60k a week wages wiped off their balance sheet. Flamini returned to the Emirates Stadium in 2013 after five years away at AC Milan and the defensive midfielder has looked one-dimensional when called upon and is a shadow of the player who impressed greatly in his first spell in North London.
