Wenger unwilling to risk Alexis
Arsene Wenger admits he's unlikely to risk Alexis Sanchez this weekend when Aston Villa visit the Emirates.
The Chilean striker is nursing a slight hamstring problem and with the North London derby on the horizon it appears the summer signing will be given a rest. New boy Gabriel Paulista will be in the squad.
'I am unlikely to risk Alexis Sanchez,' Wenger told his weekly press conference. 'Gabriel is ready to play.'
'I saw great quality,' he added when asked about why he signed Gabriel from Villarreal. 'His level of concentration, he's quick, has great commitment and is young.'
