Arsenal’s Arsène Wenger: Aaron Ramsey injury could have been avoided

Arsène Wenger has hinted that Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey’s latest injury could have been avoided after confirming the Wales midfielder will be out until after the next international break. Ramsey was taken off in the 57th minute of the 2-0 win over Bayern Munich on Tuesday at the Emirates with a hamstring injury. Wenger confirmed on Thursday that the 24-year-old has now had a scan but will not be back in action for several weeks, while also admitting his frustration that Ramsey played 90 minutes of his country’s Euro 2016 qualifier against Andorra the previous week. “He had a scan today but he’s out.
