Man United free to land set-piece wizard for £28.9m
Manchester United could seal a deal for Bayer Leverkusen’s Hakan Calhanoglu if they offer the German side £28.9m, according to reports from Bild. The Turkey international has emerged as one of European football’s most talked about players over the course of the past few seasons due to his set-piece prowess. Last term alone for Bayer he netted 10 times from direct free-kicks, but Calhanoglu is also respected for his neat passing and ability on the ball.
