Arsene Wenger reveals reason behind Santi Cazorla substitution

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has revealed that he substituted Santi Cazorla midway through Sunday's 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates because he was "dizzy". The Spanish midfielder, 30, was replaced by Mathieu Flamini at the break in a surprise move by Wenger, who said that the decision was not tactical. "I was sitting there thinking, do I take him off or not? You never know, maybe it will get better," he told Sky Sports News.
