Former star wanted back at Arsenal, says big name star

Arsenal vice-captain Per Mertesacker has revealed that he and his team-mates want Wojciech Szczesny to return to the club when his loan spell at Roma ends. The Poland international joined the Serie A side over the summer for the duration of the season following the arrival of Petr Cech. Szczesny has since impressed in Italy, and has even hinted at making his stay a permanent one at the end of the campaign with the Rome side thought to be happy with his performances.
