Sign of the times: Arsenal tickets on general sale

It could be considered as the ultimate sign of Arsenal’s times: For the first time since 2011, tickets for their home Premier League game against West Brom on Thursday have gone on general sale. By Tuesday evening, there were 2,500 tickets available on the club’s ticket exchange, with at least 200 more available to the general public. There have already been reports that many Arsenal season ticket holders are planning to miss the game, a silent protest at the stagnation they feel their club has experienced.
