Granit Xhaka looking forward to family atmosphere at Arsenal
The 23-year-old midfielder's move to the Emirates Stadium was officially announced yesterday, becoming the club's first signing going into the summer window. Xhaka cost Arsenal £30million from Borussia Monchengladbach and has committed the next five years at the north London club. And the former Basel man admits he spoke to Gladbach team-mate Havard Nordtveit and Swiss compatriots Johan Djourou and Philippe Senderos about their experiences at Arsenal. “I spoke with [Nordtveit] about Arsenal and he told me it’s a big club, a family club and it’s very important for me to come here,” Xhaka said....
