Bournemouth told no in hunt for lower league super-kid
Bournemouth have had a £2million bid rejected for youngster Rob Holding, according to the Daily Mail. The England Under-21 international is at the centre of a bidding war, with only one year left on his Bolton deal. The Bolton News believe that Bournemouth, Newcastle, Sunderland and Arsenal are all interested in his signature. The Daily Mail claim Bournemouth's £2million bid was unsuccessful, after Arsenal had a £1.25million offer turned down. Holding made 30 appearances for the Trotters last season, and is wanted by Bournemouth, who have let go of both Sylvain Distin and Tommy Elphick this summer.
