Arsenal look set to miss out on yet another transfer target this summer after Oguzhan Ozyakup expressed a desire to remain at Besiktas. The north London based club were linked with a move for their former midfielder by the Daily Star earlier this week. However, the Turkish outlet Milliyet have revealed that the 23-year-old has no intention of leaving Besiktas this summer. Arsenal's only major signing this summer has been Granit Xhaka from Borussia Monchengladbach, leaving many Gunners fans feeling frustrated.
