Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is one of the longest serving managers in European football but he has had no shortage of offers from rival clubs according to the Telegraph [via L’Equipe]. Per the source, Wenger has rejected three offers to take over PSG in 2011, 2013 and 2014.
